Yes, anyone born after January 1, 1989, must possess a boater’s safety certificate from their home state in order to operate a boat. Please make sure to bring your certificate when renting a boat.
We are pet-friendly at our Otters Cove Bar & Grill and certain outdoor areas. However, pets are not allowed on our rental boats for safety and comfort reasons.
Yes! We provide boat slips for rent, and there is also a free boat launch for easy access to the water. If you need gas, snacks, or gear, our lakeside store has you covered.

Our pontoon boats can accommodate up to 8 people per boat. All renters must follow the boat capacity guidelines for safety.
Our RV park includes:

- Handicap-accessible bathhouse with coin-operated laundry facilities.
- Free boat launch and horseshoe pit for your entertainment.
- Picnic tables at each campsite.

Yes! Our Lakeside RV Resort and Marina is open year-round. We offer winter rates for RV sites from November 1 – March 31, and our marina remains fully operational for dry slip storage and service needs.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, appropriate clothing for the weather, a valid boater's safety certificate if required, personal snacks and drinks (though our store has plenty), and a good attitude for fun on the water!
Yes, all rentals are subject to fuel consumption and Tennessee state sales tax. For boat rentals, a $50 deposit is required to reserve your rental, and prices vary based on the season and rental type.
For safety reasons, grills are not allowed on rental boats or in certain areas. However, the Otters Cove Bar & Grill offers great food right on the water if you’re looking to relax and eat with a view.
